Terms of service
Effective date: 1 October 2026
These terms govern your use of the ZikkLabs website and the products operated by ZikkLabs, including InflowBooks, LogiKFlow, DueChime, SplitMyBill, AzanTimes, MazhaUndo, and ZikKit (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these terms.
Product-specific terms: where a product publishes its own terms, those terms also apply to that product and take precedence where they differ from this page.
About us
The Services are provided by ZikkLabs, a sole proprietorship based in India. In these terms, “ZikkLabs”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to ZikkLabs and its proprietor.
Accounts
Some Services require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to upload or share content that is unlawful, infringing, or misleading, to send spam or unsolicited messages, to interfere with or disrupt the Services, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or to copy, resell, or reverse engineer the Services except as permitted by law.
Fees and payments
Some Services are free; others offer paid plans or optional purchases. The price, billing period, applicable taxes, and other terms are shown before payment. Payments for paid Services are made to ZikkLabs and processed by our payment gateway providers. Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Member subscriptions and donations recorded in InflowBooks are paid directly to the masjid, and SplitMyBill participants pay the payee directly. ZikkLabs is not a party to these payments and does not collect, process, or hold them.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our refund and cancellation policy and any refund policy published by the relevant product.
Your content
You retain ownership of the data and content you add to the Services. You grant ZikkLabs a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the Services, including sharing or publishing it when you choose to, such as through a SplitMyBill link or an InflowBooks public page. You are responsible for having the right to add any content, including personal information about other people, such as members or bill participants.
Intellectual property
Except for your content and third-party materials, the Services, including their software, design, names, and logos, are owned by ZikkLabs. You may not use our names or logos in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without our written permission.
Third-party services
The Services may rely on or link to third-party services, such as payment gateways and data providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
Disclaimer
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Information produced by the Services, such as GST calculations, unofficial KSRTC refund estimates, prayer times, rain status, and reports based on data you enter, is for general guidance only. Verify it before relying on it for important decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ZikkLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid Service is limited to the amount you paid for that Service in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if needed to protect the Services or other users, or if required by law. We may also change or discontinue a Service. If this affects a paid Service, refunds are handled under our refund and cancellation policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. Nothing in these terms affects your right to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
